From our land...
The farm, originally and for five generations dedicated to sheep farming, as per the tradition of the “Roman countryside” has been converted into a multifunctional agricultural company.
The Frantoio and Leccino cultivars planted on a soil of volcanic origin, produce an extra virgin olive oil that opens to the nose with a delicate fruitiness accompanied by light notes of freshly cut grass.
The vegetable garden, initially designed for family use, today produces seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs.

EXTRA VIRGIN OIL
Appia Antica 300 Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva dell'Agro Romano is an organic oil
produced within the Appia Antica Regional Park
where history, agriculture and pastoralism have coexisted for millennia.
Four different varieties of olives (Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and
Maraiolo), harvested not yet fully ripe and processed in the mill
(organic) with cold extraction methodology, allow to obtain an oil with a balanced taste.
BOTANICAL GIN
The juniper berries hand-picked on Mount Pizzo in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park at 1500 meters above sea level are infused in alcohol together with botanicals grown and produced on the farm.
The resulting infusion is filtered and then carefully distilled in a single solution to give the product a pleasantly strong and balanced flavor. It is transparent and bright to the eye, the smell is intense and long-lasting.
WALNUT LIQUEUR
Appia Antica 300 Nocino dell'Agro Romano is a liqueur obtained from the husk of still green and unripe walnuts, traditionally collected on the night of San Giovanni and infused in alcohol.
LIMONETTO
Appia Antica 300 Limonetto dell'Agro Romano is a pleasant liqueur with intense notes of citrus fruit grown on the farm that maintains the natural and fresh flavour of lemon.
OUR EVENTS
Enhancement and promotion of the territory
Our events aim to spread the culture of quality, local and seasonal food.
We promote private and corporate events, team building activities, guided tours, nature trails in search of wild herbs, birdwatching, activities and workshops for schools on the topics of biodiversity, nutrition and archaeology.
Adults, children and families are involved in a 360-degree educational experience.

Gypsy Queen
The “Gypsy Queen” farm kitchen food truck, adjacent to the olive grove, offers the possibility of a pleasant break in the greenery, ideal for a short stop after a hike or bike ride, for a tasting of products from the farm and other selected companies present in the territory of the Appia Antica Regional Park.
Open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 to sunset.
